Bikram Hot Yoga - The Original Hot Yoga (90 minutes) 

Bikram Yoga is a 90 Minute meditation in a heated room. 26 postures x 2 and 2 breathing exercises.

It's success is global because it's a yoga sequence that works. A series that increases oxygenated blood to every part of the body - extending and compressing. A consistent tourniquet effect throughout the series pumping fresh blood supply through the veins and arteries - flushing them out. Back and Neck problems including Stiff Neck, Whiplash, Frozen Shoulder, Sciatica and Headaches. Pulled Muscles and Tendons. Carpel Turnel Syndrome. Tennis Elbow. Bikram Express 60

Bikram Express 60 is a one set only class. It caters for lunch hours, busy schedules or straight after work. A Bikram Class that sticks to the exact same dialogue criteria as the 90 minute class, only the postures are not repeated. One set only. Breathing Exercises are practiced twice. 

Hot Yoga Flow - 60mins

Hot Yoga is designed to make you sweat. There are many Yoga Postures to explore and so we offer a combination of 60 minutes to fit into your working schedule. Sometimes the class will be set or may happen organically depending on the clients needs and depending on the teacher. 

Hot Yoga Flow will combine breathing techniques, Sun Salutations - Standing Sequence and Sitting Sequence with some water breaks. And the meditation at the end is essential not optional. It is so important to get the most out of your Yoga Practice and make time for your Savasana (final posture). 

Ashtanga 60 minutes (room temp) or 

Warm Vinyasa Flow

An hour long modified Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow series. Focus on the breath is essential and consistent throughout the class. Tuning in on the alignment for each posture, getting it as correct as possible... The flow of the series starts with step by step guidance through Sun Salutations and then flowing with pace into the standing sequence and into the sitting series.

The benefits of postures, consistent breathing techniques and meditation assist in fulfilling an hours Yoga experience. This Yoga is designed to heat the body from the inside out by maintaining your breathing technique instructed throughout class. Warm Vinyasa we will put the heat on during the session and heat to 30 degree.
